SUZHOU, China — September 2026. LEXTRRAIN, the powersports division of LEXSONG Machinery, today announced an expansion of its Suzhou production line, raising daily ATV, UTV and SSV output to over 100 units. The expansion supports growing dealer demand across North America, the Caribbean, South America and Eastern Europe.
New Welding Robots and Assembly Line
The expanded factory introduces robotic welding stations for UTV and SSV frames, improving weld consistency and reducing cycle time. Every frame still passes a manual post-weld inspection before entering the paint and powder-coat booths.
Quality & Certification
All LEXTRRAIN vehicles continue to carry EPA, CE and T3B certification. Each production batch undergoes dyno testing, water-seal testing and a 100km rolling-road test before container loading.
Faster Lead Times for Dealers
With the new capacity, lead times for stock models are now 10–15 working days after deposit, and OEM/private-label orders remain at 35–45 days. The company also added a dedicated spare parts warehouse that ships filters, belts, brake pads and body kits to 80+ countries within 48 hours.
